Explanation of Statistics and Tracking Data
Ionescu Technologies captures highly detailed and specific information about how all Landmark City Guides are used and provides traffic statistics and analysis to partners. Here's an explanation of some of our most common tracking data.
Hits: this number shows you how many times users have clicked on pages within your listing, giving you a general idea of how popular your listing has been in any given month. This number includes every time a user has looked at your main listing screen as well as any menus or specials pages you have displayed.
Ads Clicked: this number shows you how many times your floating ad and/or banner ad has been “clicked” by users to take them directly to your listing. You can use this number as a gauge of how successful your ad graphics are at attracting users’ attention and driving them to your information.
Coupons Viewed: this number is useful in showing you how many times users have looked up your coupons. It is especially useful to compare this number to the next number, as you will be able to gauge how attractive your coupon offers are to potential customers.
Coupons Printed: this column shows you how many times users have printed out any coupons that you make available through the Landmark City Guide. If your coupon is not being printed frequently relative to the number of times it has been viewed (the previous statistic), consider offering a more attractive deal for a month or two to see how a different coupon offer affects your listing’s success.
Maps Viewed: the number in this column shows how often users have looked up directions to your establishment. This is one of the best markers of how successful your listing has been. Remember, users of Landmark kiosks are active and on the verge of making a purchase. When they view directions to a destination, it’s practically guaranteed that they plan on visiting that destination.
Info Printed: this column shows you how many times users have printed out basic information about your destination, including phone number, hours, and address. We also print out a copy of any coupon you offer along with the business information to further encourage visitors to visit you.
Unique Viewers: this calculation provides you with an estimateof how many unique individuals have viewed your business listing over the last month.
